First Annual Members Day

Saturday, August 16, 7 pm
Film, E.T. at 8:30 pm

Celebrate the completion of new and improved exhibits that tell stories from pre-Columbian archaeology  to excavation of a Tyrannosaurus rex fossil, to the role of microbes to the color red in nature. Try reassembling our human skeleton and create your own wildflower seed bomb. Plus, bring a blanket and stay for ice cream and a movie: at 8:30, the museum will offer the 1982 classic E.T. on an inflatable screen on the south lawn.

Members, guests, and those curious about the benefits of membership are welcome! Not a member yet? Learn more about the benefits of membership, including reciprocal admission to more than 300 other natural history museums and science centers worldwide.
